Expression of osteoblastic differentiation markers in Human Gingival Mesenchymal Stem Cells. Adherent HGMSCs were cultured for 21 days in control medium or in differentiation medium (Diff) supplemented or not with 1 μM resveratrol (RV). At the end, cell homogenates were processed for western blotting analysis of the expression of the osteoblastic transcription factor RUNX-2 and of the osteogenic differentiation markers COL1A1, OPN and OCN.
