Spautin-1 prevents the expression of osteoblastic differentiation markers in Human Gingival Mesenchymal Stem cells. HGMSCs were cultured for 21 days in control medium or in differentiation medium supplemented with 1 μM resveratrol (Diff + RV) in the absence or in the presence of spautin-1 (Sp1). At the end, cell homogenates were processed for western blotting analysis of the expression of the osteoblastic transcription factor RUNX-2 and of the osteogenic differentiation markers COL1A1, OPN and OCN. Densitometry of the specific bands (average ± S.D.) of three independent experiments is shown in the histograms
