Flag-tagged STAT3 deletion mutant proteins were immunoprecipitated (IP) from cell lysates with a monoclonal anti-Flag antibody, and coimmunoprecipitating ERα-36 was detected by immunoblotting (IB) with a monoclonal anti-Myc antibody (top parts).
