Effect of FW-04-806 on the efflux of DOX and the ATPase activity of ABCB1. The DOX retention was measured by flow cytometry in KBv200 (a) and S1-MI-80 cells (b). The cells were preincubated with 10 μmol/L of DOX at 37 °C for 3 h and then incubated with or without FW-04-806 for indicated time points in DOX-free media, the samples at different time point were measured by flow cytometry.
