Effect of eNOS knockdown and p38 inhibition on cytokines: HMVECs were exposed to 72 h of siRNA (siControl or sieNOS) and then treated with SB203580 (SB, 10 μmol/L) or vehicle control (DMSO < 0.1%). After 30 min, cells were exposed to Poly I:C (10 μg/mL) for 6 h.
