eNOS knockdown and p38 inhibition alterations on endothelial resistance: a HMVECs were exposed to siRNA for 72 h (siControl or sieNOS). 30 min prior to Poly I:C exposure (10 μg/mL), cells were treated with SB203580 (SB, 10 μmol/L) or vehicle control (DMSO < 0.1%).
