PTP1B modulation of PAF-induced cytokine expression. a iMo-DCs were transfected with control (siCTRL-MoDCs) or PTP1B-specific (siPTP1B-MoDCs) siRNAs on day 4 and 5. Cells were collected on day 7 and stimulated with 10 nM PAF for 5 h. Cells were lysed in Trizol and RNA was extracted and converted to cDNA. GAPDH, TNFα, IL-6, IL-8, CCL2, TGFß, IL-10 mRNA were quantified by Real-time PCR.
