CDK4 inhibition by palbociclib induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in chondrosarcoma cell lines. Human chondrosarcoma cells CS-1 and SW1353 were treated with increasing concentrations of palbociclib for the indicated time. After exposure to palbociclib (1 μM) for 24 h, the cell cycle was assessed by flow cytometry analysis.
