Identification of 14–3-3 as c-Abl interaction partner. TAP-Ablwt or TAP-AblTA-transfected AGS cells were left untreated (mock) or infected with Hp for 6 h. (a) After TAP experiment, proteins were detected by coomassie-stained SDS-PAGE. Protein bands 1–9 showing differential interaction with c-Abl were identified by mass spectrometry.
