The decreased JON/A binding and P-selectin expression in Tyro3−/−, Axl−/− but not Mertk−/− platelets. Washed platelets from wild type, Tyro3−/−, Axl−/− or Mertk−/− mice were stimulated with 0.4 μg mL− 1 CRP or 0.015 U mL− 1 thrombin, followed by incubation with PE-labeled JON/A antibody (a, b) and PE-labeled anti-P-selectin antibody (c, d).
