Combination of TRAIL and leptomycin B significantly reduces tumor cells ability to clonally proliferate in a p53 independent manner. a Studied cell lines were treated with increasing concentration of TRAIL (0-160 ng/mL) in presence or absence of leptomycin B (2 nM) for 24 h and grown for 10 days. The effect on colony formation is quantified using the densitometric map obtained following the ColonyArea software methodology.
