(a) Bioinformatics analyses showed that miR-148b-3p potentially targeted KIT at two different sites. (d) The protein expression of phosphorylated and total ERK, AKT and STAT3 in GIST882 cells treated with 5 μM imatinib were detected by western blot analyses.
