miR-148b-3p augmented the effect of imatinib in suppressing GIST cells proliferation. miR-148b-3p mimics was transfected into GIST882 cells after a 24 h treatment of 5 μM imatinib. (a) The IC50 value of GIST882 cells were measured after treatment with different concentrations of imatinib (0-50 μM) for 24h by cell viability assay. (b) CCK8 assay was used to evaluate cell proliferation. (c) The cell cycle status was assessed by flow cytometry.
