Validation of microarray data by qPCR and conventional PCR. a qPCR CLDN1, b qPCR ICAM1, c qPCR MMP9, d conventional PCR. MMP9 was significantly up-regulated in TNF-α-treated (100 ng/ml) M13SV1-Cre cells, whereas significantly elevated CLDN1 and ICAM1 expression levels were detected in TNF-α-treated (100 ng/ml) MDA-MB-435-pFDR1 cells. Likewise, increased CCL2 and VEGFC expression levels were detected in TNF-α-treated (100 ng/ml) MDA-MB-435-pFDR1 cells. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments (a) or the representative data of three independent experiments (b).
