From: CD146, a novel target of CD44-signaling, suppresses breast tumor cell invasion
Western blot analysis demonstrating the increase of sCD146 level upon CD44 up-regulation. The expression of CD44 in (MCF7-B5-CD146) was stimulated (HA+, Dox-), the culture medium was collected at 0, 24 and 48 h. The collected media were concentrated and tested for the level of CD146 ectodomain (sCD146). Shown is the cropped blot image representing indicated protein (sCD146; ~105 kDa), and the gel has been run, for the three samples, under the same experimental conditions. The difference is considered statistically significant (student’s two-tailed t-test, ***P < 0.001)
