CLCA1 expression level upregulation inhibits EMT and Wnt/beta-catenin signaling. a Western blotting analysis showed that the increased expression level of CLCA1 increased the E-cadherin expression level but repressed N-cadherin, vimentin, slug, and snail expression levels.
