Expression of Fgfr genes in the endosteal osteoblasts isolated from 5FU-treated mice. Total RNA from PBS- or 5FU-activated OBs for 4 days was subjected to RT-PCR. Expression of Fgfr genes in these cells was confirmed using primer pairs by PCR. PCR products were separated on a 1.5% agarose gel containing ethidium bromide (EtBr) and visualized under UV light. Representative results from at least 3 independent experiments are shown
