S1P signaling impacts DR5 knockdown-induced TRAF2 polyubiquitination. a HEK293T cells were co-transfected with the indicated genes or siRNA and after 24 h, were treated with 5 μM SK1-II for an additional 10 h. b HEK293T cells were co-transfected with the indicated genes or siRNA and then incubated for 48 h. After the above treatments, whole-cell protein lysates were then prepared from these cells and subjected to IP and subsequent Western blotting (WB) for the indicated proteins
