  1. Transcriptome data from paired NGN3+/CD133+ and NGN3/CD133-depleted cell populations isolated from 3 biological replicate exocrine cultures. Data was analyzed for expression of 320 genes annotated as being involved with, or downstream of, neurotrophin signaling (full gene list in Additional file 8: Table S8).
