NIH3T3-Dock180-Control, −wild-type ELMO1, and -Y724F ELMO1 cells were suspended in DMEM without FBS were seeded into the upper chamber. DMEM containing 10 % FBS was added to the lower chamber. After 11 h, migrating cells were stained with 0.04 % crystal violet. Representative micrographs after incubation for 11 h are shown. b The motility of the individual cells was evaluated by measuring the migrating cells.
