Involvement of ELMO1 pY724 on Rac1 activation triggered by Src. Plasmids for expressing Flag-Dock180, Src Y527F, Myc-ELMO1 and its Y724F mutant were introduced in HEK293T cells as indicated. The lysates were subjected to pull-down assay for Rac1 activity. Expression levels of total Rac1, Dock180, ELMO1, and Src were also examined by immunoblotting. Actin was a loading control. This experiment was repeated for 4 times
