IL-27 expression during infection promotes mycobacterial growth. (A) Macrophages were infected with BCG for 48 h. Macrophages were treated with IL-12, sIL-27R, or their combination for 6 h prior to BCG infection for an additional 6, 24, 48, or 72 h.
