  1. NEFA concentration in the initial solution and conditioned media (CM) was measured using the enzymatic method based on Acyl-CoA oxidase as described in methods. The measurable range of the kit is 0.01-4.0 mM. Results are means ± SD expressed in micromoles/liter from at least 4 independent experiments (n≥4).
